D-Link Assist is designed for ‘high availability’ businesses that require rapid response within regular working hours. It provides a four hour response service Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.
This level of service is for a 5 year period only, same business day response within four hours, excluding holidays.
